Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. basil leaf
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. dry white wine (drink type)
    1/4 c. olive oil or regular oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Blend the ingredients together.
    Pour over the scallops. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Place under the broiler 3 inches from heat.
    Broil until done.
