Parmesan Party Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can (15 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped
    1/3 c. chopped pimento
    2 egg whites
    24 slices French bread or cocktail rye bread
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and pimento in a bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry.
    Fold egg whites into cheese mixture.
    Spoon onto bread, place on baking sheet.
    Broil for four (4) minutes or until golden brown.
