Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells, partially baked
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and cornmeal.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Add the 3 liquids.
    Add lemon rind.
    Pour into pie shells and bake for 35 minutes or until set at 350\u00b0.
