Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 c. drained juice
2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Molly McButter
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. cornflakes
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine mashed or chopped sweet potatoes, salt, Molly McButter and brown sugar.
Pour into baking dish and mix in marshmallows and pineapples.
Top with cornflakes and bake for 25 minutes.
