Mother'S Mess - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 peeled and sliced carrots
    6 sliced celery stalks
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 diced green pepper
    6 red potatoes, quartered
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. beef broth
    2 1/2 lb. stew beef
    parsley
Preparation
    In a large roasting pan, mix all ingredients (except parsley) together, sprinkle parsley on top and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
