Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 large sweet potatoes
2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar

Preparation

Cook and drain sweet potatoes and mix rest of ingredients. Pour into 4 pie crusts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown.
Makes 4 pies.
