Stuffed Green Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large bell peppers
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, use cut-off tops
Preparation
    Blanche peppers 5 minutes in boiling water.
    Mix together remaining ingredients except tomato sauce and stuff peppers with mixture.
    Place in covered casserole and pour tomato sauce over them.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
