Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. white corn syrup
3/4 c. whole pecans
8-inch uncooked pastry shell
Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup.
Add pecans and pour mixture into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until brown and center is firm when pie is shaken.
Makes an 8-inch pie.
