Cherry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. small marshmallows
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 pt. half and half (or milk)
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Scale 1 quart milk.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add this mixture to milk and cook until it coats a spoon. Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
    Add vanilla.
    Let cool.
    Add evaporated milk and half and half.
    Add cherry pie filling and freeze.
