Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh mustard greens, washed
2 lb. fresh turnip greens, washed
2 lb. fresh kale, washed
4 ham hocks
Preparation

Wash green thoroughly.
Wash ham hocks.
In a large pot, place greens and ham hocks; add enough water to completely cover them. Cook about 2 hours or until desired tenderness.
Stir occasionally during cooking time.
Add hot peppers (optional).
Season to taste.
