Italian Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet sausage
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. pizza dough
Preparation
    Remove sausage from casing and brown well.
    Drain and cool on paper towel.
    Mix sausage, both cheeses and 1 egg.
    Roll dough on floured surface to approximately 10-inch round.
    Fill with mixture and pinch ends together to form a loaf shape.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Paint top with beaten egg white.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 and then approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
