Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup, beaten smooth
1 can mushroom pieces
2 oz. jar pimento
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 to 1 pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook
beans
on
top
of stove in lightly salted water. Mix with other ingredients.
Pour into buttered casserole and bake
15 or 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Before placing casserole in oven cover with slivered almonds.
Do not overcook beans in salted water as they will cook more in oven.
