Venison In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. deer meat, cubed
    3 medium onions, sliced
    1 large pepper, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce or chili sauce
    1 can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic (clove or powder)
    oregano
    1/2 c. brown sugar or 1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    basil and parsley flakes (if desired)
Preparation
    Sear meat quickly in hot oil in skillet.
    Remove from skillet and drain.
    Put in crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir well and cook at least 3 hours.
