Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    4 slices or more bacon
    1 large onion
    5 eggs
    3 spoons mustard
    3 dill pickles
    salt and pepper
    Hellmann's low-fat mayonnaise (as desired)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel, then dice.
    Cook eggs; cool in cold water, then peel.
    Slice into potatoes.
    Cut bacon into pieces; fry until brown.
    Drain grease; add bacon to potatoes.
    Using 2 spoons of bacon grease, fry diced onion until golden brown.
    Add onion and grease to potatoes.
    Add mustard, sliced pickles, 2 spoons pickle juice and 1 spoon water.
    Add 4 spoons (or amount desired) mayonnaise.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
