Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3 onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 pods garlic, chopped
3 tsp. parsley
1 pt. half and half
3 lb. crawfish tails
1 lb. jalapeno cheese or plain Velveeta
1 (16 oz.) fettucini, boiled
1/2 c. flour
parsley
Preparation

Saute seasonings in butter for 20 minutes. Add crawfish tails and cook for 15 minutes. Dissolve flour in half and half and add to cheese. Add parsley.
Mix all ingredients into crawfish mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
