Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 block oleo
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 ribs chopped celery
    2 cloves minced garlic
    onion tops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oleo until tender.
    Add crawfish and soups.
    Heat well until bubbly. Stir in rice and bread crumbs. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with additional bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    You may add 1/2 pound crab meat.
