Bushel Basket Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sugar (10 c.)
    2 1/2 lb. shortening (5 c.)
    2 lb. raisins
    2 lb. chocolate chips
    1 lb. walnuts, chopped
    2 lb. rolled oats (10 c.)
    1 doz. eggs
    1 qt. sweet or sour milk
    5 Tbsp. soda
    7 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. molasses
    20 c. flour (about 6 lb.)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and eggs.
    Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Drop with teaspoon and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 1 bushel of cookies.
    Freezes well.
