Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and milk.
Add coconut and toss together lightly with 2 forks.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
