Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat cranberry sauce and strain it.
Mix cranberry liquid, boiling water and gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice and salt.
Chill mixture until slightly thickened, then add the mayonnaise and beat until fluffy.
