Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, chilled rice
    1/2 c. chopped King crab or lobster
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 finely chopped hard-boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 c. slivered ham
    1/2 c. firmly chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Toss lightly; sprinkle with oil and vinegar.
    Add mayonnaise and seasoning.
    Let stand a few hours.
    Serves 6.
