Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. cooked carrots
    1/2 c. chopped pecan nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil until fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Mix all dry ingredients together, then add to creamed mixture.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Pour into two 9-inch greased pans or 9 x 13-inch sheet pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
