Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 c. cream-style corn
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
4 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Grease muffin pans and heat \"hot\".
Pour each pan approximately half full of batter.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with remaining batter, then with cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
