Spinach Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo stuffing shells (uncooked)
    1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fresh spinach, blanched and drained
    1 (26 oz.) jar Classico Di Parma four cheese pasta sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing shells according to package directions; drain.
    Whip together Ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir in spinach.
    Fill shells equally with cheese mixture.
    Pour half of the pasta sauce in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Arrange shells on sauce.
    Pour remaining sauce over shells.
    Cover; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Uncover and top with Mozzarella.
    Cover; return to oven 5 minutes.
