Reduced Fat Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

1/4 to 1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
4 chicken breast halves
4 tsp. margarine (polyunsaturated)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, parsley and cheese in small bowl.
Coat both sides of chicken in crumb mixture.
Melt margarine in baking dish; add lemon juice.
Coat both sides of chicken with margarine and lemon mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 servings, 215 calories; 8 grams fat; 75 mg. cholesterol per serving.
