Snowflake Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

When Jell-O is partially set, beat until fluffy.
Add cheese and pineapple in which sugar has been dissolved.
Stir in nuts, then fold in whip cream.
Place in a 9 x 12-inch pan and chill until firm.
Cut in squares.
Serve on crisp lettuce plain or sprinkled with nut meats.
