Kentucky Wonder Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts, floured
    4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except
    nuts
    and
    egg
    whites. Beat well.
    Add nuts and stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Mix well. Pour into tube cake pan that
    has
    been
    greased
    and floured. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
