Meat Loaf(With Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, egg and tomato sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Place in a shallow baking dish in shape of a loaf. Mix catsup, brown sugar and mustard together.
Pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 until meat loaf tests done.
