Zucchini Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
Preparation
    Grate raw zucchini coarsely.
    In a bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, then add zucchini, onion, salt and pepper. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add enough milk to egg mixture to make batter on the stiff side. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until done. Serves 4.
