Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut round steak into strips and brown in skillet.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add onion, sour cream, soup, water, salt and pepper. Heat to a boil and simmer 45 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
