Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes
10 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chives
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes; cook until tender.
Place cooked potatoes in mixing bowl; beat together with cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into lightly buttered casserole dish; sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Place casserole in refrigerator; let marinate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serves 10 to 15.
