Avocado Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 heaping c. pureed avocado
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 c. cooked small shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly oil a 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
    In a large bowl, soften the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Add 1 cup boiling water and the lemon juice to the gelatin mixture.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
