Zucchini Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced zucchini
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil sliced zucchini for 5 to 8 minutes until tender.
    Saute green pepper in butter until tender.
    Drain zucchini using 1 cup of the water to mix with the tomato paste.
    Mix together all ingredients except 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella.
    Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
