Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1/2 c. water
    3 to 4 heaping Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 lb. browned stew meat
    5 carrots, cut up
    5 potatoes, cut up
    3 onions, cut
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    5 stalks celery, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large can tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 small can drained mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix together wine, water and tapioca.
    Add other ingredients and put into heavy roaster with lid or 9 x 13-inch pan, covered with foil.
    Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Do not peek while cooking!
