Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cooked
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    butter
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and sour cream in bowl and set aside.
    Mash potatoes until smooth.
    Add cheese mixture and beat well.
    Stir in chives, salt and pepper.
    Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with grated Cheddar.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
