Pear Honey Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. ripe pears, peeled, seeded and quartered
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
9 c. sugar
Preparation

In a large pot, cook pears until soft.
Drain juice off.
Mash up remaining pears.
Add pineapple and sugar.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 2 hours in open pan.
Stir occasionally.
When desired thickness and color, put in jars and seal.
