Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    8 medium bell peppers
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato juice
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook hamburger and onion until brown.
    Add garlic, salt and chili powder.
    Add tomato juice.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add rice.
    Let cool.
