Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 t. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    1/2 c. water
    Broth with meat
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix water and egg with flour using spatula.
    Have broth boiling.
    Drop by teaspoonful and let them rest on the meat.
    cover tightly and boil gently for 20 minutes without lifting lid.
    Makes very light and tender dumplings.
