Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
pinch of salt
6 apples, peeled and sliced

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until foamy.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add oil and vanilla; beat well.
Fold in apples and nuts.
