Mexican Squash Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. dry pancake mix
    1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat.
    Fry until brown.
    Serve hot.
