Heavenly Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white to a soft peak and add sugar and flavoring. Dip pecan halves and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 until brown, about 30 minutes.
    Turn oven off; let set 5 minutes.
    Use sharp knife to remove from pan.
