Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tomatoes (4 or 5), chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. corn oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. crushed red peppers or jalapeno
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley or cilantro
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and season more or less if you like it hot or mild.
