Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 small box apricot jello
    2 c. water
    1 can well drained pineapple chunks
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
Preparation
    Cook pudding, jello and water until thick.
    Cool.
    Beat with electric mixer.
    Add fruit and topping.
