Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 stick unsalted butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1 beaten egg
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup of water.
    In a pan, melt together the water, butter, sugar and salt; mix with yeast. Add egg.
    Add flour (dough will be sticky) and store, covered, in refrigerator until chilled.
    Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut and fold over.
    Dip each in melted butter and let rise 3 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned.
