Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and toss or shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty into a shallow baking dish.
    Discard bag. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
