Apple Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. tart apples, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Preparation

Cream together egg, sugar, butter and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients; add to mixture, then add apples and nuts and stir lightly.
