Break-Away Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine boiling water and shortening in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat with a wire whisk until shortening dissolves.
    Add sugar, eggs, salt and yeast mixture; mix well.
    Gradually stir flour into batter. (Dough will be very soft.)
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
