Blueberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh or drained and thawed huckleberries or blueberries
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Melt butter in boiling water in small bowl.
    Add orange juice and rind.
    Beat egg with sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add sifted dry ingredients, alternately with orange juice liquid, beating until smooth.
    Fold in berries.
    Bake in a 1 1/2-quart loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Turn on rack.
    Mix 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 1 teaspoon rind and the honey.
    Spoon over hot loaf and let stand until cool.
