Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
sugar
3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Place strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and let stand until thawed.
