Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 1/4 c. pecans
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
Preparation
    Defrost strawberries; drain.
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and oil; stir until dry ingredients are moistened and well blended.
    Fold in strawberries and pecans. Spread batter into 2 lightly greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Let set overnight before serving.
