Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. cashews
    1 c. water
    2 c. instant rice
    1 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Brown and crumble meats.
    Drain and set aside.
    Combine broth, water and soy sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    Add rice.
    Cover and let rise 5 minutes.
    Remove cover and fluff.
    Stir in meat and nuts.
